Cancel/Renew Subscription

Managing MxU subscription auto-renewal.

All MxU subscriptions are scheduled to auto-renew by default. Reference our Terms of Use for more information about how MxU handles subscription renewals. To manage your subscription's auto-renewal, click on your name / profile photo in the upper right-hand corner and select "Settings". From the Settings page, choose "Billing" from the left-hand menu (see screenshot) and then click Manage Subscription . (Note: This option will only show up if you're the person who manages billing on your account. You will need to be the Owner to view this option on MxU Team plans.)

From there, you'll see a Cancel plan link. After you cancel, you'll see the date after which you (and your team members, if applicable) will no longer be able to access MxU. If you end up changing your mind before that date and would like to keep your subscription active, you can select Renew plan on that same page.
